This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you book through this page, powered by Playbook, a product of KBKF Co.

Playbook (KBKF Co.) is the Personal Information Controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We determine how and why your data is collected through this platform. Dink Manila receives your data as a Personal Information Processor to fulfill your booking and manage venue operations.

When you book or sign up for a session: your name, mobile number, and email address. When you pay via QR: a screenshot of your payment for verification. We do not collect government IDs, health data, or payment credentials (card numbers, e-wallet passwords, or bank logins).

To process and confirm your booking. To send you confirmations and status updates by email. To recognize returning players for faster booking. To allow the venue to manage bookings and operations. To issue and track venue credits when applicable.

Encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database-level access controls with row-level security isolating each venue's data. Restricted access on a need-to-know basis.

Booking records are retained for up to 3 years for record-keeping and dispute resolution. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You may object to processing or request data portability. Email hello@play-book.co and we will respond within 30 days.

This booking page uses only essential cookies for the booking flow to function. No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies are used.
